Impact of U.S. presidential election results on South Korea

Recently, there was a U.S. presidential election. As a result of the presidential election, Joe Biden became president. So far, Trump is in power. Trump and Biden are famous for their opposite political tendencies. So how does each political party affect our country?

First, Trump harms Korea-U.S. relations. He doesn't value agreements between countries. He is also less interested in environmental and human rights issues. He broke the oil alliance between developed countries and made racist and feminine remarks. If he is in power, there is a possibility of an increase in environmental pollution not only in Korea but also in all countries that interact with the United States.

Second, if Biden takes power, Korea's eco-friendly products will increase. He has experience as deputy president of Obama, called one of the best presidents. Also, his political ability was recognized because he spent most of his life in Congress. Biden is taking environmental issues seriously, as opposed to Trump. He said he would increase eco-friendly products if he became president. He also said he would invest in the U.S. government. That would have a positive impact on Korea-U.S. relations and reduce Korea's U.S. interest rates. It's a very good economic result.

No matter who becomes a great companion, Trump or Biden will have a big impact on Korea. This is because South Korea and the U.S. are highly dependent on each other. Why don't we pay more attention to the outcome of the U.S. presidential election, which could have a direct impact on our lives?
